FOUNDER & STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH
SPENCER SCOTT
SRS Performance was founded by Spencer Scott, a strength and conditioning coach with a background in exercise science, athletic performance, and rehabilitation.
A former collegiate football athlete at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, Spencer earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science and a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning while competing at the collegiate level.
Through experience in sports performance facilities, physical therapy clinics, and coaching environments, Spencer developed the structured principles that now drive the SRS Performance Method, helping athletes and professionals build strength, resilience, and speed through purposeful training.
