HOW WE TRAIN

SRS Performance focuses on resistance training coupled with nutrition to give you the best results. Resistance training is our primary target because it has been scientifically proven to increase longevity of your body. People who perform resistance training regularly have found it easier to keep their bodies moving as they get older. The second thing we focus on is Nutrition, how are we able to optimize our bodies potential with food? SRS Performance has plenty of nutrition tips to help you fuel your body in a way that makes you feel more energized and less fatigued.
